November 2 to 22 - Single Tracking (Underground)
From November 2 to 22, Metro Rail will single track between University Station and Amherst Station.
During this time, trains will be travelling in both directions (to University & to Canalside) on the inbound track (to Canalside). Outbound (to University) platforms will be closed at University, LaSalle, and Amherst Stations. Please wait for your train at the inbound platform.
Church Street Station main platform closed for construction.
Church Street Station will be under construction until 2026. Please use temporary platforms to board the rail. Click here and here for renderings of the new station design.

Provide your input and help shape NFTA-Metro's new Bus Rapid Transit brand!
NFTA-Metro has partnered with Level 7 Market Research to conduct focus groups for three new BRT brand concepts – and we want to hear from you!
These focus groups will be held during the weeks of November 3 and November 10. Qualified participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will receive a cash stipend in appreciation for their time.
Your feedback will help create a brand that reflects your needs and your neighborhoods.

At the beginning and end of major Key Bank Center events, such as Sabres games and concerts, reroutes might be in effect for Routes 8, 14, 15, 16, 24, and 42. Current reroutes can be found at the Metro Alerts page. Maps of reroutes for these events can be found here.
